A tiny ginger-and-white foster kitten named Gelato has officially stolen the internet's heart after his custom, makeshift set of wheels went viral.
When Gelato first arrived at the Cincinnati Animal CARE shelter, his caretakers faced a heartbreaking challenge: the fragile kitten was completely unable to stand or walk on his own legs. Refusing to let his limited mobility dampen his playful spirit, his dedicated foster family decided to get creative.

Using household scraps, Hot Wheels toy parts, plastic rulers, and cardboard, his foster family engineered a tiny, custom mobile framework. This makeshift wheelchair safely propped up Gelato's hind legs, allowing him to zoom across the floor and play just like any other kitten.
